Motor Vehicle Report

MVR records show driving history for at least three years and up to seven years, including commercial driving license status (CDL). All offenses, including DUIs, are recorded.

County-Level Criminal Search

At the county court level, law enforcement officers report charges resulting from arrests for felony, misdemeanor, and other offenses. The County Criminal Record Search is carried out in counties where the Applicant is most likely to have information filed, such as current and former residence counties.

Social Security Number Trace

The first step in determining whether an applicant is providing accurate information is to track their Social Security Number. Applicants will occasionally disguise their past residence in order to conceal prior criminal convictions. The Social Security Trace will give you a list of the applicant's current and prior addresses, employers, and other names. It will also verify the social security number by supplying the state and issuance date range. It is the initial stage in determining a person's profile.

Social Security Number Verification

The applicant's Social Security number is verified to match the applicant's name, date of birth, and gender. Should be completed once the offer has been accepted.

Statewide Criminal Search

This check is intended to enhance any County Criminal Record Search and to collect information from states that do not offer Instant Criminal Record Searches.

Nationwide Wants and Warrants Search

This is a nationwide check to see whether there are any outstanding Extraditable Warrants in the United States. The FBI's National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database holds over a million names of those who are wanted or have outstanding and extraditable Federal and State Warrants in the United States.

Federal Criminal Search

Federal law violations are recorded in US Federal District Courts. Embezzlement, firearms charges, immigration violations, robbery, drug trafficking, and kidnapping are all covered by federal statutes.

Sex Offender Registry

The sex offender registry is a database of all registered sex offenders in a certain area, and it reflects current addresses as reported, not where the offense occurred. Not all states keep these registrations up to date, at least not publicly.

Worker’s Compensation Background Report

The Worker's Compensation Background Report helps evaluate if the applicant is physically competent of performing the work after a conditional job offer has been issued. A Workers Compensation report can be sought once a conditional job offer has been made to the candidate, according to the Americans with Disabilities Act. A Workers Compensation Report is necessary since it aids in the control of false claims and increases employee safety. Name, residence, date of birth, employer, and legal representation are all included in the report. The case number, location, injury types, dates, and current status are all included in the case information.
